Location: Houston, TX & surrounding areas
Type: Part-time | Flexible schedule

As a Postpartum Caregiver with Omugo, you’ll play a vital role in helping mothers recover and families adjust after childbirth, providing gentle, hands-on support that fosters rest, confidence, and healing.

• Support postpartum mothers and newborns in their homes with compassionate, non-medical care
• Assist with feeding, diapering, and establishing gentle newborn routines
• Offer emotional support and companionship to new mothers
• Prepare light meals and help maintain a calm, nurturing home environment
• Communicate client needs or concerns promptly to the supervising RN

• Experience supporting newborns or mothers, whether through professional care (CNA, Doula, Nanny, Nursing Student) or personal experience as a mother, grandmother, or caregiver
• A genuine passion for motherhood and postpartum wellness 
• Empathy, reliability, and excellent communication skills 
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) 
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes within the Houston area
