We are seeking dependable, nurturing caregivers with newborn or maternal care experience to join our growing team. As an Omugo caregiver, you’ll provide hands-on support to new mothers, assist with infant care, and help create a calm, safe home environment during recovery

Location: Houston, TX & surrounding areas
Schedule: Flexible (day, overnight, and weekend shifts available)

• Provide non-medical postpartum support under RN guidance 
• Assist with newborn care, feeding, diapering, and soothing
• Support maternal rest, recovery, and light household organization
• Observe and report changes in client condition to the RN Clinical Director
• Maintain clear documentation and communication after each shift

• At least one year of experience caring for mothers or newborns, whether professionally as a CNA, Doula, Nanny, or Nursing Student, or personally as a caregiver or parent
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (infant & adult)
• Compassionate, professional, and reliable
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
