At Omugo, we provide thoughtful, in-home postpartum care designed to support both mother and baby during the most important early days. We are building a team of caregivers who bring not only skill, but presence, professionalism, and intention into every home we serve.

Location: Houston, TX & surrounding areas
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (day, overnight, and weekend shifts available)

Who We’re Looking For

We work with caregivers who are:

Experienced in newborn and/or postpartum care
Calm, attentive, and emotionally aware
Professional, reliable, and respectful of the home environment
Able to work both independently and as part of a care team
Committed to providing consistent, high-quality support

Qualifications

At least 1 year experience in newborn care, postpartum care, or a related field
Reliable transportation
Ability to work 12-hour shifts (day or overnight)
Current CPR and First Aid certification (required)
High school diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications

Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) training or certification
Postpartum doula training or certification
Experience working in private homes
